Initial round interview is done using a platform called HireView where you need to record your response to 7 interview questions. You get two trials before the response is recorded and finalized. fair but not easy. long process. I didn't mind difficult process. somehow professional. overall it was not bad. I didn't get the offer but I made it to the end.
Secured an PMO interview through a recruiter 2 different times, all of my calls have been remote usually video. First call with HR or recruiter, then with team leader, then last is a panel of 3 or 4 teammates. Everyone has been super friendly and engaging.
