There was a short online interview first (15 minutes) to briefly find out about my motivation. The on-side interview took place two weeks afterwards to learn more about my character, ambitions, and my profile. This was followed by a short tour through the company.

Lockere Gesprächsrunde mit drei Mitarbeitern aus Sales und Projektmanagement. Nach Vorstellungsrunde der Mitarbeiter, Vorstellung des eigenen Werdegang und Motivation zur Bewerbung. Verhalten auf Dienstreise besprochen und wie das Produktmanagement in der Firma interpretiert wird.
