Insulting experience! it was supposed to be 2 skype calls then 1 onsite. I was apparently "rejected" during the very first call, it was not even coding. I was senior/lead level interviewing for mid-level, the job was an exact match, not to mention i had other competitive senior/lead level offers already. I understand not every person gets every job despite qualifications. But nothing more insulting to be thrown away the very first phone call during a non-coding interview when the position and experience were good matches.
