      Software Engineering Interview

      10 Mar 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Austin, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Feb 2017

      Interview

This was the longest onsite I have ever done. Eight hours for an internship position. It was really long and tiring. They made us listen to presentations for one and half hours which was way too long. The entire onsite consisted of three rounds of 1hr whiteboarding and one 1.5hr online assessment. Initially I applied through college career fair and did an on-campus round which was really easy. I didn't connect with the interviewers so well. The company has really big and awesome campus though and good dining places.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Medium level questions with harder follow-ups. Definitely brush up data structures like queue, stack and heap.
