Recruiter validation, hiring manager 30 minute interview, VP 30 minute interview, 4 hour block of 45 minute interview rounds with 4 pairs of people including at least 2 technical teams that would be peers and 2 non-security stakeholders

Interview process was very smooth process from start to finish. There was constant communication from the Indeed hiring team throughout the process, even when things were in limbo due to internal processes. Feedback after each interview step was swift and clear. I knew where I stood from one day to the next which was quite reassuring given the time/energy required for interviewing in general. Interactive communication was with the original recruiter throughout whilst informational communication from the Indeed hiring team came from a variety of people - this continuity was another positive. The interview process for my role was as follows: My CV was submitted by an Indeed employee. Initial call with a recruiter to discuss my experience and the role I applied for. Recruiter then provided an online technical test (linux, security, coding, networking) which took about an hour. There was a follow on call with team lead/management where my experience was discussed in detail and also put to the test with various technical questions and scenarios. Final part of the interview was a full day on site at Indeed office. This was a marathon of interviews (30-45 minutes each) ranging from questions/scenario based to hands on technical (coding/security) evaluations. This was with members of the wider security and technical engineer teams. Thoroughly exhausting (physically and mentally) but there was plenty of opportunity to discuss the work, company and culture so you should have a good feel for what the work place is like by the end of this day. Entire process from CV submission to signing contracts took exactly 1 calendar month.
