I had a phone screen inteview with the recruiter.
The second round was with a QA Manager, and a Senior QA.
However, the roles was with another team. I felt as though the infterview went well but it would've been nice to actually interview with the team for the role.
After a few days, I was told they felt I didn't have enough technical experience for the position which makes no sense at all. The role I applied for consisteed of
manual testing, and I have over 10 years of experience doing manual and automation testing. To be honest, this is the seocnd time that I have interviewed at Indeed,
and it will be my last!. I feel as though Indeed has issues with being a diverse company. I am a black woman, and I felt as though they didn't want me because of that.
This company really should evaluate on their hiring. It's a lie to tell someone they lack technical skills when they don't. If you're black, don't apply to indeed.
