Independent Artist Group interview questions

I had a great and friendly phone interview with someone from HR and then scheduled an in person assistant with the agent. When we met, he briefly went over my resume then talked about the job, took a phone call (where he yelled at someone) and told me about he fires all of his (only male) assistants and throws pencils at them. All of the assistants in the office looked scared walking around the halls. I think the agent was trying to intentionally scare me because I didn't have that much experience but for a mid agency (who recently rebranded after multiple scandals) this place is not worth it.
