It was probably the worst interview experience I've ever felt. I felt that the interviewers didn't read my expertise or my past working experience; they keep asking some questions that far from my expertise. Another thing is, I felt that they should notify me in advance if the interview was more technical or substantive or analytical, as I was not prepared for it. I thought it would be a screening HRD test, so I didn't expect anything more analytical question. The interviewer probably 4 to 5 people, including the HRD and analyst/senior analyst team. At the end of the interview, I found out that one of the interviewers took my photo (without my consent) and shared it with their ex-colleague (who is a friend of mine). I feel objected by that as I believe the interview process was a formal event. And for me, it was inappropriate, violate my privacy, and looks unprofessional. So I withdraw the application. The way they treated the applicants tells so much about the work environment. So yeah, that's my opinion.

First is phone screening with HR after my resume got passed, then I interviewed with 2 Analysts / Asso, then there's a take home case study, then interview with 2 expert advisors, then final interview with CEO of the company
