Infinite Open Source Solutions interview questions

They ask me to create a Voting System and in order to pass the test we need to complete the mandatory points and an extra point section so, i completed the mandatory and the HR ask me to do extra points but due to some errors i couldn't make it and then at the end of test they said you must clear the extra points too in order to pass the test it was not mentioned in the paper . I created pie chart etc but couldn't make it.
