Interview process are simple, there 4 rounds of intereview.
frist -HR round
Second -Technical
Third- Again Technical round
Fouth - AVP Round
technical interview took am hour each and managerial round was 30 min long. technical interview was mostly related to oops concept, some new features in R12.
But All rounds are completed in a single day.

Interview
First round was the Telephonic Round. + 2 Face to face technical rounds following by the HR round. There might be one client interview as well, but it depends on the position on which you have applied or it may according to the project need. But overall it is very fair and nice.
