Stage 1: The Recruiter Screen (30 mins)
Focus: Cultural fit, high-level track record, and "The Why."
Key Question: "Why are you looking to leave your current role, and why us?"
Goal: To see if you have the "motor" and basic qualifications to move forward.
Stage 2: The Hiring Manager Sync (45–60 mins)
Focus: Tactical experience and "The How."
Key Question: "Walk me through a complex deal you closed recently. Who was the Economic Buyer and how did you navigate the technical validation?"
Goal: To assess your sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) and territory management skills.
Stage 3: The Peer/Cross-Functional Round (30–45 mins each)
Focus: Collaboration and "The Team."
Who: You’ll meet with a Solutions Engineer (SE) or a fellow AE.
Goal: To see how you "orchestrate" resources. They want to know if you are a "lone wolf" or a leader who leverages the whole team to win.
Stage 4: The Presentation / "Mock Discovery" (60–90 mins)
Focus: Execution and "The Skill."
The Task: Usually a 30-60-90 day plan presentation or a mock discovery call based on a case study.
Goal: To see you in action. They are looking for your ability to ask deep questions, handle objections, and command a room.
Stage 5: Leadership/VP Final Review (30 mins)
Focus: Long-term potential and "The Impact."
Goal: A final "gut check" to ensure you align with the company’s growth trajectory and can handle a large quota.
