      Principal- Process & Domain Interview

      13 Aug 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys in Jul 2011

      Interview

Received initial contact from recruiter, had a phone screening, a one-on-one, another short phone interview, then an offer. I found the process to be cumbersome and disorganized. There were too many HR folks involved- it became confusing. One of my references was contacted more than once although they had already submitted their information. I did see the reference information and it was extremely laborious. You should definitely warn your references that it is a lengthy request and will take some time, they made mistakes with my name, my email address, etc. The HR folks are helpful- but the system is just really non-cohesive and disjointed.
