Interview
I spent half a day in their bangalore office and cleared all rounds of discussions including Manager and HR round.
Later I was surprised when i got a regret letter from infosys. HR had discussed with me on the salary compensation also and told me that they will send offer letter within 10 days of time.
Why do they send Regret letter after such discussions with HR? I could not understand where it went wrong.Could have been happier even if they reject me valid reason so that I could correct wherever i lack.
After HR I also met the manager with whom they said I may be working. But after informing that you are selected, designation and package details why are you guys rolling out Regret letter. When the HR called me and told the same I just asked one question, Please share me the reason why I was rejected after so many discussions, the HR replied blandly its company policy we can't disclose and we can't recruit you. Then why did u call me for interview and gave me the hope. Infosys was once my dream company from the start of my career but now people's behaviour make me feel regret for the same.

It went 2 rounds of technical and managerial and then HR round, 1st round was technical questions and 2 round was programming , managerial round was about past projects and working experience, problem solving questions
