I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Fremont, CA) in Apr 2012
Interview
I received the opportunity through a staffing agency, they referred me to InfoSys. It took 1 week to get the interview scheduled. Interview was like a Job Fair, many candidates were called on the same day and time.
After waiting for 2 hours the first interviewer became available. One person was on the phone from India,
with him, he asked general questions why InfoSys, what kind of role you are looking for , why you want to leave your current role / domain to start new position. Second round of interview was more technical, like
coding on white board, asking Java Related question.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Hyderābād) in May 2025
Interview
Got the interview scheduled for 1 hr for 31st May 2025.
Then some unprofessional lady joined to take my interview & refused to share her video.
Then started asking random Microsevices based superficial questions & when I asked about the points she will be looking for, then she didn't know.
She just asked some random questions for 20 mins with no clue about the questions & their answers.
And then she was done.
I wrote the feedback to Infosys & as expected, no response.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Bengaluru) in Jan 2023
Interview
2 rounds of technical interviews happened with tech lead and Group Manager respectively. After that I attended HR discussion. All rounds were telephonic only. I told clearly about my expected salary initially. After selection the HR offering me same CTC as my current CTC . Since I already have another offer from different company hence rejected Infosys offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Sunnyvale, CA)
Interview
After I refused to attend their Saturday hack-a-thon, I had one single 30-minute webcam interview and got a verbal offer the next day. A written offer arrived 3 weeks later, but that included aggressive (and unenforceable?) assignment of inventions, patents and copyrights, future employer notifications, arbitration only, and no 401k matching. I took a better offer.
