These morons don’t know the time value. Don’t waste your time. They could told me before going to interview that this role doesn’t pay whatever I’m having now. Process goes like this - 1. You get a call from a robot kinda girl, asking the CURRENT & EXPECTED CTC, notice period and all. 2. Then you should have to fill a big online application form. Like insanely BIG, where you fill all your X, XII, Bachelor and Postgrad marks and percentages. 3. Take all the documents print out. If you don’t take them to the interview, your application won’t be processed. 4. You go to interview, submit all the documents and wait for your tern. 5. And wait for your turn for so long. 6. Like really long. 7. Really really loooong. In my case, it’s 5 hours. 8. Then you have your first tech round. 9. Then wait lil’ time. 10.Second, HR round - basically asks you if you are okay to relocate? If you say no, that’s it. You can go home.They could’ve ask this question in the 1 step itself. In my case, I’m okay to relocate. So I said yes. 11. Second was phone interview. Asks you stupid questions. 12. Answer them patiently because at least you have hopes that it’s a good opportunity. 13. After call you will be approached with a 1 or 2 years experienced HR and tell you that they can’t even give you the CTC whatever you are having now. They say something like this - ‘We are closing your application because we can’t even give you whatever the CTC you are having now.’ 14. You dumbstruck, go back home and regret wasting your time & affords on these retards.
