      Senior Process Executive Interview

      4 Jul 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Bengaluru
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Bengaluru) in Jun 2025

      Interview

The interview process for the Senior Process Executive role at Infosys as a fresher typically begins with an online communication assessment to evaluate voice clarity, pronunciation, and fluency in English. If shortlisted, candidates are invited for a telephonic or virtual HR interview, which mainly focuses on self-introduction, communication skills, willingness to work in shifts, and basic scenario-based questions. The process is straightforward and mainly assesses how well you can communicate and adapt to a professional work environment.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

One key thing they asked me was about my willingness to work in rotational shifts and how comfortable I am handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. They wanted to see if I understood the nature of the process-oriented work and whether I’m adaptable.

      No offer

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Infosys in Jun 2025

      Interview

There was a screening call. I gave my 100%, answered all the questions asked politely. They asked my previous CTC, it was higher than the package they are offering, so I even said that I don't have issues with CTC. But they still rejected my profile. Such a big company but they don't have right way of hiring. As per my interview, I can guess the reason for rejection can be one of these 2 reasons: 1. They got afraid knowing the previous CTC, and didn't pay attention to when I said "I don't have issues with the salary". 2. They didn't want to hire, but were just doing "time pass". Being such a big company, they do this. And my interview was scheduled 2 days ago. I was supposed to receive this HR's call the same day, but it was delayed and I received it after 2 days. Dear Infosys HRs, Don't post listings if you don't want to hire. And if you know how to write emails, just give a little feedback about why you reject someone. But I can imagine if there is no good reason then you don't have courage to write email so I understand it's not the candidate's fault, but solely of the HR. I came across many HRs who have done their jobs really well, but some as so not qualified, but still work in big giants. It's not the fault of the company, but just the people who make its image look bad. When I don't do well, I know if it went badly. But when I am totally confident and see the status on the website (not even receiving an email), I get to know that there are illiterate people handling my application.
