Interview
I was interested in collaborating in a fresh company with current values of collaboration. I applied through their website and two days later they contacted me. During the interview I felt well attended from the first moment. The CEO explained to me what Inginium was and what its philosophy was. He answered my questions and inquired about my skills, but above all he was interested in my attitude, since his business based on trust and customer orientation. I started collaborating with Inginium the following week.

Interview
I contacted the company in Linkedin because I felt it was related to my culture. A few days later I was received by the CEO. It was a pleasant conversation about my knowledge and my experience, but also about the culture of the company. I explained my skills although examples and storytelling. The CEO told me that they were preparing new projects. Later came an interesting project where I fit and I was hired .
