The process was really thorough and was kept really well updated the whole time. It's very time intensive doing a phone call and 3 interviews including 1 task, but I understand this is pretty common these days. It would just be pretty crushing to have to do all that work and not get the role at the end.

Many stages over 3 months, initial telephone call, phone interview and then final interview with category management task and culture fit interview with HR. Interviewers were all friendly but took a long time to hear back between each stage
