Question 1
Comparing between two addition sort of reactios in a molecule with multiple functional groups
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Innovia Technology in Feb 2024
Interview
Positive first interview with a consultant who asked technical questions based around my area of education
Negative second interview which involved an interrogation by 2 interviewers for 30 mins (in the email they said the interview would be with 1 consultant) and wanting a lot of ‘out the box’ ideas. Not looking for how you communicate and structure thinking so much as what ideas you can come up with on the spot. 1 interviewer in particular was very stern, didn’t smile once and seemed slightly annoyed he had to take the time out of his day to conduct the interview.
No offer and extremely little feedback given. This is very frustrating given how little time it would take, in exchange for the time applicants invest in applications.
