Their process wa like any other organization consisting of 4 rounds.
1. General Aptitude (English, Quantitative, Logical Reasoning)
2. Eaasy Writing (No elimination. they were mostly checking the opinion of the candidates concerned)
3. Group Discussion
4. Personal Interview
The general aptitude consisted of 40 questions in 45 minutes, so time management was a huge factor here. As it was pool campus drive so many students took the aptitude and most of them did not clear it. If i could remember correctly only 15% of the students cleared the aptitude. Questions were pretty basic and the primary focus was the English section.
Eassay writing was again as I said it was just to see what opinions you had on a specific topic. There were 3 topics given and you have to choose 1 and write your opinions in 30 minutes. 200 words was the limit.
Group discussion followed after that. Again many candidates got eliminated in this round due to their communication skills.
Personal Interview comprised of pretty basic HR questions. There were no technical questions which was suprising to me.
All of these took place in 1 day and there were around 2500 students in the beginning and it ended up in 12 being selected for the position. Believe it or not the process took 19 hours to complete. Yes 19 hours. I was the last person to go for the interview which took place at exactly 4 in the morning. It was pretty hectic for every one as nobody quite upto it.
