I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Inpay (London, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
Conversational stages with direct manager, Sales leaders, and Talent Acquisition. Talent acquisition offered no value to the interview process and was there at all the stages and got in the way mostly and took away from the real value of the interviews. Talent also did not communicate with me throughout the process and misled me after telling me they wanted to book in a final stage but couldn't because their CEO was "ill". I had to chase for feedback after being misled for 2 weeks that they had pulled the role completely. Very disappointing experience and the company should definitely look at how effective their internal talent team is.
