I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Insperity (Austin, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
Very brief interview with little feedback. The company communicated poorly and I had to check back repeatedly to find out that they decided to go in a different direction.

Question 1
How do you plan to overcome your lack of direct experience?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insperity (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2009
Interview
Regional manager was very clinical - very analytical and cut and dry. I left the interview asking myself if that was really a manager that I'd want to work for (and I work well with most people).
I didn't get the callback - frankly I was probably light on # of years worth of experience, but I feel like the hiring manager never really even gave himself the chance to look past that and look at my track record and depth of experience as he should have, and instead he seemed to have his mind made up from the start.
No worries, I don't think I would've liked working under him anyhow.

Question 1
I can't remember in detail - the questions went into the behavioral realm to some degree.
