Interview
The interview process was well-structured, transparent, and consisted of four main stages:
1. Initial HR Screening: A standard introductory call.
2. Hiring Manager Interview: A deep dive into both technical background and culture fit.
3. Take-home Assignment: A practical task to showcase relevant skills.
4. Final Interview: A wrap-up conversation with the CEO and HR.
The whole process took about 3 weeks and was well-structured.
