Interview
The first stage was a case study test to determine your ability to analyse as provide solutions to a scenario type question. It lasted for about 1hr 30mins. Thereafter, there were 3 stages of interviews, first with the HR team, then, the hiring manager and the final stage was with the Managing director. I found it rather interesting though I don't think the case study stage was necessary for experienced candidates
