Rotated between various department heads for 1-1 interviews and a couple of panels (2-3) questions were about previous experience, skills, knowledge, career and growth plans. Other questions like why Intel? what were best and worst experiences, challenges, etc.

I was over 700 miles away so the interview process was done in a very convenient and professional manner over the phone. It began through contact by the manager over email and then two separate phone interviews before getting an offer over the phone through the manager.
