I applied through the career website and also went to the career fair at my school. I got the skype interview after a week with the team manager and it was 1 hr presentation asking my work during PhD. Some behavioral questions also questions on gauging my analytical abilities/skill sets. I guess you need to be good at programming to get this position.

The interview was scheduled after 3 weeks from the career fair. The phone interview was 50 min in total and behavioral questions as well as some technical questions were asked.

Interview
Did an on campus interview, which went well and mostly covered my Ph.D. research. A few days later I got an invitation to interview on site. The onsite interview was 6 six hours, including a 1 hour research talk, lunch with other engineers, and 6 45 minute 1 on 1 interviews. Seemed that the main decision was made after the research talk, the 1 on 1 interviews were mostly for personality match. Received an offer a few weeks later.
