Response to my application was not to have a screening call, but to do 3 or 4 assessments - about 1.5 hours of my time to allow InterSystems decide if they want to move forward. So it doesn’t say much for their sentiment towards employees if they treat prospects this way, giving them no opportunity to ask about the role or the company culture prior to being expected to give that time to them. I responded saying I didn’t by have that time right now and could we have a 15 minute call, and I got no response. I’m not sure it the recruiter is an automated email but bad vibes from the start and then confirmation, I wouldn’t want to continue a process like that.
