For international nurses, they conduct interview through Skype. I already sent my resume beforehand. The employer was just validating the experience that you wrote and you must let them know that you are determined to work

in general, it was good the interviewer was so friendly with the job seekers. they had strong discipline and pay attention to our interpersonal skills and our expectation.
