I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Invico Capital (Calgary, AB) in Feb 2024
Interview
I applied on linkedIn, someone reached out to me over email for a face to face interview. I got to their office they where nice but they gave me an excel test that was pretty easy for the first part, but the other section was completally impossible unless you work there, didnt make any sense to me for an entry level role. Also a big red flags is when they basically asked me if I was ok to stay longer hours if a client needed me.
Quite straight forward, basic behavioral/technical questions pertaining to credit, friendly team. Seems to be a good office here in Calgary. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Invico Capital
Interview
One of the staff who was interviewing me appeared to be biased and it didn't seem to matter what response I gave to her questions. She also tried to dismiss my academic and professional qualifications. She seemed almost angry that I was being interviewed.
