Two preliminary tests; assessment and sales. Interviewed in person with GM, phone interview with Regional VP and group interview with staff. Basic interview questions about sales strategy and experience with customer/member relations.

The interview was short. The interviewer opened the conversation by sharing the salary for the position. She asked if it was a range I would consider. It was then that I realized that I was overqualified for the role,

Applied for the position online on the club website. Completed sales tests online, there were two of them and each one took about 90 minutes. I then was invited for an interview.

It was so long ago that I think it has since changed but when I interviewed the first step was a phone interview with one of the VP's of membership than an assessment test. If passed assessment test than an in person interview with the VP of membership and General Manager.
