Two initial zoom interviews, followed by an exhausting and excessive home assignment. The company then disappread on me for about a month and a half, only to suddenly call and appologize. I then went through 3 more interviews. I was asked for references, but no one from the company actually called them. Finally i received a very laconic email stating that i did not get the position (after 2 months of recruitment proccess and many many hours spent). All in all - total disregard for the candidate's time. Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Having a candidate to send over references and not using them. The worst recruitments experiences i have ever had. I am happy not to work there
