The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Item North America (Akron, OH) in Dec 2011

Interview

It was a casual interview with the owner first. A general description of the company was given and then a tour of the facility. Then a second interview was given by the head engineer where my skills were assessed. A pretty casual and laid back interview. Very informative.
