I was invited to a virtual interview about 6 weeks after my application. The interview was more of a casual chat, and it felt relaxed and friendly. The person I spoke with was very positive and said they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks, but I never heard from them. I sent a friendly follow up about a month after the interview but no one got back to me.
