You were pretty much hired the moment you walked in for the interview, they didn't ask many questions. simply where I found their information, and gave us a briefing on what to expect including our regular shifts.

There's no REAL interview. Once you got their call to schedule an interview, it means you are hired !!!! The interview is just an information session tells you the basic duties and describe the company nature.
