ask you scenarios on deescalating customers and on their products. You have to sell them a product so they see how you are. there is a timed typing test as well. 6 weeks of training after 3 weeks you get on the phone

Phone screen with recruiter who asked a variety of questions, " Can you tell me about your problem solving skills" One on One interview with a recruiter or supervisor of sales dept., asking questions like, ""Can you tell me a time you had to address an angry or irrate customer", "What type of problems do you like tackling?", offer was made on the spot. Background check had to come back clear before I could start.

First there was a phone screen with HR. Then invited to the call center. Was first given a written test on a computer to test communication & computer skills. After that, HR conducts a 1 on 1 interview. Job was offered on the spot.
