I applied online at the beginning of May and received an email from a recruiter to setup a phone interview about a week later. The person called me almost 10 minutes late, and only spoke to me for about 5 minutes. It was very strange, but I figured she must have been busy. A few days later, I was contacted for another recruiter who saw my application and wanted to setup an in-person interview--this person was unaware of the phone interview I had already had a few days prior. I was given no details about the interview. I ended up meeting with 5 different people--one of them was filling in for someone else. The interview lasted almost two hours. I wish they would have given me these details before because I had no idea what to expect. They told me I would need to get used to working late and having to check-in on holidays to make sure things were running smoothly. I sent thank you emails to everyone afterwards, and I never heard back from them. They should have at least had the courtesy of sending me a rejection email after I spent two hours with them.
