Pretty straightforward, know the brand values, their style and competitors. Have in mind how you would style a customer and the questions you would ask them. Also know your managing style and words to describe it.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J. Crew (Boston, MA) in May 2018
Interview
The interview began with a brief introduction of including titles/positions, personal info (short and sweet), and general knowledge of company history/background. They ask you to briefly expand about your work history, yourself, and then what you know about the company
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
In three different ways, how would you say that you are capable of managing a team environment?
Professional and fairly simple. I didn't feel like there were many curve ball questions. It helped that I had previous experience in the position in a different company. At the time, it was a helpful position to accept.
