Pretty informal in that it was just a normal chat with the manager. They asked if and what experience I had had before in a similar enviroment and asked me what I knew about the company. They also asked how I would deal with certain situations.

Needed to bring proof of right to work in the UK. Casual interview with the question being from pre written list. Was asked standard questions about what responsibilities comes with the role, what you know about the company, why you want to work with spoons, time where you showcased teamwork etc.
