5. you come to an office and things are all over the place and you feel that it could be better, how would you fix it?
6. being a receptionist, what would you do if an external or a different department hands you a project that needs to be completed but isn’t mentioned in your job description?
7. how would you deal with an unhappy customer?
8. describe an example on how you dealt with a busy environment.

The interview process was long but enjoyable. The interviewers clearly knew what they were looking for, and they made me feel comfortable and at ease during each of the interview

Interview
I interviewed with Priscilla in HR and then Pamela Hefner, Vice President in the Atlanta office. Both interviews were via Microsoft teams. I had already spoke to Natalie Lewis who is who I directly report to, she is the one that told me about the internship opportunity.
