very unprofessional
the interviewer showed up in jeans and outdoor wearing shirt ,
he did not ask about my goals or values and went right into describing the company .
talked about the fact that the account executive is entry level and that there are 4 stages that you would have to pass to get in manager in training or director level once you joined the company
this company did not have a salary , it was based on $10 per hour worked and $120 per sale
you need to reach an objective of 20 sales and hire account managers to progress to assistant director . At which time your compensation grows to $175 per sale , you are still at $10 per your wage and you get a $10 override per sale on the people you hire.
when you get promoted to director then you have run your own office which you have to pay for your own expenses but your compensation goes up .
