Consists of three rounds. First round was a call with the MD about my interest in joining JMAN Group as well as some CV questions. Second round was a market sizing question and some further CV/background questions. Third round is a commercial case study question and some final technical background questions to determine best fit within the organisation. All in all, it was a well structured process with friendly and engaged interviewers.

The interview process consisted of 3 interviews. One 30 min interview to understand the motivations behind why I want to join the company and to get to know my background. After that, I continued to the next interview. This consisted of a 30-45min case study and more questions about my background and motivation as well as some behavioural questions. The third interview was similar to the second one with more emphasis on my background and future in the company.
