This company is definitely not a place for people looking for a serious employer and for a place to make career.
Salary and bonus well under average (if not reduculous) and the recruiting process is just chaotic.
The hiring managers have no clue about the previous interviews during the selection process and even if you get a sort of "job" offer, this cannot be taken as a serious offer since the company and its "senior" managers can soon withdraw any decision taken without any reason.
Most important, the company doesn't show any form of respect towards potential candidates.
Overall, JS Deutschland seems to look just for short-term profits and is not interested in qualified professionals (who most likely will never end to work here). It is, however, guided by managers who are not able to keep an overview of the operations and who do not show any sort of moral standards.
This seems to be the company that attracts unemployed people under false promises and is definitely not worth applying for, no matter what your current professional situation is
