JW Marriott Interview Questions

2 round of interviews (internship) -HR manager (applied fo but constantly pressured to choose hskp which was not my choice hence stayed firm) -FO manager (yes and no question) interupted when explaining the choice for the questions -offer

first we had Group Discussion round then I had Personal Interview with Head of the Department next I was interviewed by HR Manager. It was a great experience as a fresher. I'm hardly waiting to start working with Marriott International

quick but in depth. the manager asked thought provoking questions and listened to every response. one of my best interviews yet. hoping for a promotion soon. a future with this company would be ideal

It was an online zoom interview. Prior to the interview, the HR personnel that called me was very rude when I asked her to repeat since I was in a loud environment. A few hours before the interview, I got a call to reschedule the meeting and I accepted. It got frustrating when they proceeded to call me 2 more times to reschedule the interview. The interview was supposed to be at 9am in the morning, and got dragged to 6:30pm. On the finalised interview time, my interviewer was late by 10 minutes. During the interview, the interviewee did not look interested and kept yawning openly. She barely had eye contact with me except when she was asking me a question. A few minutes after the interview ended, she sent me a rejection email.

Fueron dos entrevistas una telefónica donde se aclararon algunas dudas sobre el cargo y otra virtual en vídeo conferencia con todos los participantes. En la entrevista virtual iban eliminando participantes, llegué a la ronda final pero prefirieron a otra perosna.

Interview questions, the first part was my personal background, then turned into behavior or "on the job" type questions. "What would you do in x situation with a guest?" or "How would you approach x complaint/dilemma/scheduling conflict etc?" There were also some questions about the Marriott brand itself, and whether you know of the tiers of the brand within Marriott. JW Marriott is one of Marriott's luxury brands.

Overall, the interview is easy and relaxed. The interviewer only asked a few typical questions. It was about 20 minutes. It was a great time intern at the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi

The overall interview was relatively smooth and efficient. I would recommend implementing Slack or other forms of communication in the beginning. By adding this the new hire will have multiple points of reference starting out.
