I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jio (Mumbai) in Jan 2023
Interview
On-campus placement 5 Rounds 3 Technical 2 HR Technical rounds were hard, not because of questions but because interviewer would stare into your soul regardless of whether your answer is correct or not. Questions were from resume and CS Fundamentals, and HTML and DBMS questions were common for all, no coding question was asked in 2 of the technical rounds. 3rd technical round was textbook DSA round, just memorize time complexity and standard algorithms, won't have to run any code, just type in Notepad. HR rounds were good, he will ask you off-topic questions like what does your father do, any siblings, what do they do, family income, have you watched this movie, plan for higher studies, why JIO, would you take the offer etc.
