I was scheduled for an interview via phone call, and on the day of the interview, I encountered an issue when my car broke down on the way to the company site. I informed them that I might be a little late, and they were polite and understanding about the situation. Fortunately, I was able to make it on time, though I waited around 10 minutes before the technical interviewer joined.
The interview itself went well. I felt the communication had a positive, collaborative tone, particularly during the system design questions. We worked together effectively to find solutions. However, I did miss a few basic questions that I now realize could have influenced the outcome.
After the interview, I received feedback via email in the form of a generic template, stating that my skills were not quite the right fit for the role. In terms of compensation, I had stated an expectation of 80 million tomans per month, while the job description mentioned a salary of over 60 million tomans.
