Called by General Supervisor and asked to come in the following day for an interview. Interviewed by 2 General Supervisors and Operations Manager. Interview followed the STAR format. Questions mostly pertained to past experiences. Interview took apporoximately 1-1/2 hours. Afterwards was given a tour of the facility. After 3-1/2 weeks I heard from an internal source that the position was filled internally and the job wasn't meant to be posted externally. General Supervisor did call and leave a voicemail stating the position was filled.
