      AMS Consultant/Sales Interview

      8 Jul 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at John Deere in Jun 2012

      Interview

The initial interview was on the phone. Basic questions. I scheduled an in person interview and the manager interveiwing me was very distracted. On his phone or laptop through about 1/2 of the process. Still very basic questions. I was contacted 2 days later to take an online IQ test, which I completed that day. I did not hear anything until I followed up about 2 weeks later. Upon my follow up they asked me to complete a 200 question personality test. After that test I was told that they were going to crunch some numbers and have an offer for me by the end of the week. 10 days later I called and they had filled the position, and acted like they did not know who I was.

      Question 1

There were no questions other than the regular tell me about yourself, what do you know about our company.
