I was contacted by a recruiter via email to arrange a phone interview. The phone interview was extremely organized and well structured. The interviewer was the head of one of the engineering sections at the Augusta, Georgia site. He was extremely nice and had a good sense of humor. There were seven sections of the interview, he would announce the section title and then explain the section to me, then he would ask me a question for that section. The questions were behavioral and ask to demonstrate past experiences related to the job etc. It was a typical interview, nothing technical or hard. They ask for you to put your answers in the STAR format, and will even explain it to you if you're not familiar (he was super nice).
