I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere (Augusta, GA) in Jun 2016
Interview
They use a behavioral interview process with a STAR (Situation or Task Action that you took and Result) format that is very structured. Some of the questions are hypothetical situations that rarely occur and some are frequent situations that we all see at work.

Question 1
Paraphrasing: we have all thought we fixed a problem successfully only to find we only affected a symptom of a larger problem. Can you give me an example when this happened to you?
An interview is a conversation between two or more people, most commonly an employer and a job candidate, to determine if the candidate is a good fit for a role. To succeed, you should thoroughly research the company, prepare answers to common questions like "Why do you want this job?"
John Deere uses the Targeted Selection behavioral interview process. There are many sample questions online if you search for them. Answers should be given in the STAR format. It is best to add what you learned and how you applied it.
