I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at John Deere (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2019

The interview was comprised of behavioral based questions that you had to answer using the STAR format. If you do not use the STAR format normally, they will make you do that for their interview.

Question 1
Describe a time where you faced adversity and what was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere (Waterloo, IA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online, received an email prompting me to apply to a different position. I ended up applying to that position, and two weeks later got an email to set up a phone interview. This phone interview was a very standard interview asking about me and some behavioral questions. 30 minutes after the interview, I was send an email saying they wanted to fly me out to their headquarters the following week. All the candidates ate breakfast together and then each was given their schedule for interviewing. The interview involved a panel interview with my prospective engineering manager that involved STAR type questions, a meeting with HR, and a shop tour/informal interview with a manufacturing engineer. About a week later, an offer was sent.
